311 Phoenix Dodge Theater Concert Photos! on Jul11 2009

Out touring with a new album, 311 is headlining the Unity Tour 2009 with reggae royalty Ziggy Marley and the Expendables. The Unity Tour made it’s Phoenix stop on July 10 at the Dodge Theater.

Alonso Murillo is An accomplished and respected photographer based out of Phoenix, Arizona; Alonso Murillo specializes in music related photography. Alonso started photographing local bands at a local neighborhood dive bar that held no more than 50 people; At present, he's shooting major acts with sold-out, stadium-sized crowds. There is not a major act that comes through Phoenix that doesn't get photographed by Alonso. The list of artists that Alonso has photographed includes: Metallica, Jay Z, Mana, Linkin Park, and many, many, more. In addition to being a well-respected photographer, Alonso is the art director for several Phoenix area music labels. I am a huge 311 fan but this was one GREAT SHOW. The reggae hard rock from the Expendables that iI was not expecting but freaking rocked out to and then the killer vibe from Ziggy which was unexplainable and 311 to ROCK THE FREAKING HOUSE LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best time in a long time. One of the best I’ve seen. Saving to see in Hawaii!

AWESOME show! I have never had so much fun in the Dodge Theater. =) Nick came out and met us after wards. Signed our tickets and took a couple pictures with him!! GRRRRRREAT SHOW!!!
