“Suddenly, it felt like 1986 all over again. Hagar, 61, was unstoppable, flexing his voice and muscles on “Turnin’ Left” as Satriani, 53, showed off his flashy technique, playing more blues than he typically does with his own band. “– Star Tribune
Chickenfoot’s self-titled debut is a hard rock album that sets the standard for rock music. “The album is an 11-song slab of raging rock,” says writer Joe Bosso of Guitar World magazine. Chickenfoot is produced by Andy Johns (Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones) and mixed by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Metallica). The band’s first single, “Oh Yeah,” has been embraced by radio: it is the #1 single on the classic rock charts and #3 on the mainstream rock charts. The single is also charting nationally on the active rock charts.
Tickets for the show are still available through Live Nation.
